Alsace
Covering more than 14 800 hectares, Alsace vineyards extend between Strasbourg and Mulhouse. Usually, the wine production is mostly white wine and between six and twelve months oak-aged. Among the main grape varieties we find, for example, the Riesling, the Pinot gris but also the Pinot Noir, which is the only red grape of Alsace, used in the production of light-red wines.
